We enter into a study of the seven churches of Asia using the book of that same name, written in 1936 by William McCarrell. It is uncopyrighted and long out-of-print - and the LORD has seen fit to make it possible to preserve it within the pages of our website. So, as you continue your study of this great book of Revelation - let us now add the words of Mr. McCarrell.

In order to do this, we are going to break up brother McCarrell's booklet into seven threads, one for each of the churches of Asia, with a link to each smaller thread from the larger study.

In the course of this study it will be necessary to name certain churches corresponding to the church of Asia, and to the historical church period to which it is ascribed. No intention is made to be unduly critical of the churches in question - but rather will let the facts speak for themselves.
